Most eloquently written, and poignant as well. This is the situation we are in whether we like it or not. And Don Pagliarani had really done brilliantly. We thank God for him, a true leader if the Society.

Thank you, Mr. Hall. God bless you and your family.

Thank you for writing your thoughts to help those of us stuck in the quagmire. I merely stated with enthusiasm my agreement on the SSPX Profession of Faith as a Novus Ordo 74 year old Grammy (who remembers fondly the Church of my childhood). I was originally told I could not take Communion because I was not in union with the Church. After meeting face to face with the priest I was told I could take Communion but not with a guarantee to receive the Graces of the Sacrament. I was also given the Cardinal Tucho Fernandez declarations ( not even signed by Pope Leo ). Meanwhile, I was told by a higher up Authority in the Diocese I could take Holy Communion without penalty.

I am trying to reflect on it all to discern where to go to Church this weekend. I want to follow Jesus. It surely seems that in today’s Church that there is more emphasis put on the pope than on our Lord Himself. I want to follow Jesus Christ my Lord!

Just a simple Catholic trying to get to Heaven
