Pope Francis REALLY does not understand tradition at all. We do not drive 2.5 hrs one way to go to the Traditional Latin Mass because of vestments! Our chapel is a converted protestant church. For years we made do with what we had, hotel rooms, meeting halls, private homes, so we could have lace??!!??!! Are you kidding? We go to the Latin Mass because we KNOW God is there, we have no doubt in the validity of the consecration, in the form or matter. We go to the Latin Mass because we DON'T want innovation, we don't want the congregation co-consecrating the bread and wine with the laying on of hands, because we don't want dancing girls on the altar, or Barny masses or clown masses, or a Lutheran minister con-celebrating "mass" in a Catholic church and then dissing Catholics in his sermon from the pulpit, while the priest watches and says nothing! God help us. We have the pope we deserve. This sinful, unreligious generation who thinks men are women and women are men and a baby is just something to throw away. No wonder God is fed up with us. Sometimes you just have to spank a naughty child. How long now until God "spanks" us? Not long, I think. We are hanging on and if this is a mental disease, then I proudly say I am a rigid, unbalanced traditional Catholic, just like generations and generations before me.

Sure he does and that is why he does what he does.

Pope Francis will not be with us forever. Pray for his soul, his journey on the earth will soon be over. Pray fervently for God to send us a holy pope to restore Tradition. Pray and do penance so we are worthy of a holy pope.

The communists of the Soviet Union defined opposition to the government as mental illness; Francis doesn't depart from their playbook in this case one whit.

Liberalism being a disease of the mind views anyone who doesn't have their disease of being the insane one.

Tragic and comical indeed. I have not been pay attention to Catholic news for several months. The Pope and his normie lib bishops have no clue what they are talking about. All of it just seems like such a waste of time. The cutting edge where things are happening is clearly in the SSPX and in right wing sphere antiliberal sphere.

“Let us generously open our hearts and make room for everything that the faith itself allows.

There is no contradiction between the two editions of the Roman Missal. In the history of the liturgy there is growth and progress, but no rupture. What earlier generations held as sacred, remains sacred and great for us too, and it cannot be all of a sudden entirely forbidden or even considered harmful.”

Pope Benedict XVI

Summorum Pontificum

Given at Saint Peter’s 7/7/07

If you are dedicated to the Traditional Latin Mass, you have a mental illness.

Paraphrase of a statement by Pope Francis, made one day in an interview for a book titled “Hope”!

I attend the SSPX masses and let me tell you I have seen a lot of the priests do without a lot. I have seen them patch their cassocks and many times they attend to the poor…. And make the most of it with little money . If it was just about appearances, I would say that is a false statement the typical liberal socialist communist modernist whatever you wanna call them always projects what they are doing to the opponent. In this case it is quite clear. God bless the SSPX all their parishioners and all Catholics.

OK, the Latin Mass is a superfluous pursuit according to Pope Francis? .

Name calling is a detraction from the real issue. It is aimed at the emotions than to the mind, to get you off track. To buy into this name calling tactic is to be lost from the most important issue. It is childish to engage in that. It doesn’t solve anything.
