The more ones eyes are opened the more one will be attacked or ridiculed if they speak about it. I also have learned that from experience. I have to offer that up I guess. That's why I decided to subscribe because I at least can listen to one sane voice so I don't go crazy and yours is about truth even if and when it's unpopular. It can get pretty lonely even when you are around a lot of people. They just don't see it. Nor even care. Many other "apologists" seem to be about money and some are now jumping ship and becoming semi traditional (sitting on the fence) because they see tradition is growing while novus ordo is dying. They can see what's going on and it's getting too bad to ignore. They should have seen it to begin with if they really cared about truth. Funny though how they become experts all of a sudden and find fault with others who have been faithful all along.

The sins of the tongue are so many and scripture does clearly warn us against them in James 3:5-8 but the freedom of speech that we have in the West comes without any external check of prudence. People too often say and speaks things that they can say without exercising any wisdom about what they should say - and what they should not say. Gossip, backbiting, and slander are mortal sins no less than murder or adultery.

Thank you, Kennedy, for this excellent advice that you are giving us.

The guy on Reason on Theology comes to mind. Making a living through cherrypicking out of context statements, just to get one over on the other. Terrible example of Catholic YouTube.
